I've forgotten my password. Can you send it to me?

If you've forgotten your password, we have a quick tool to allow you to reset it. Simply click the "forgot password" link on the login page and enter your email address when prompted. Your password will be reset and sent to you to the email account that we hold on record for you.

How do I change my account password?

Once you've logged in to your account, click the "my account" link to take you to your account management page. Click the "change your account password" link and follow the instructions on the following page to change your account password.

How can I update my account details?

Once you've logged in to your account, click the "my account" link to take you to your account management page. Click the "update your personal details" link. On the next page, change any details which you wish to change and click submit to confirm your changes.

How do I view my order history?

Once you've logged in to your account, click the "my account" link to take you to your account management page. Click the "Check your order details and status" link to view a full history of your ordering.
