Can you ship to an address other than that of the registered cardholder?

Usually this is not a problem. However, at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to ship to an address. In such cases, we will give the option to ship to the registered cardholder address. 

Can you ship to an international address?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom at this time. 

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched that same day. Most of the time, we are able to dispatch orders on a same say basis placed after this time, but we can't guarantee it. 

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Orders are delivered free of charge. As standard, all deliveries are made by Interlink Express on a next working day service.

These charges apply only to UK mainland destinations as defined by our courier. Exclusions include Northern Ireland, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.

What is a premium delivery and how much does it cost?

Sometimes you may be desperate for a particular product and need it first thing in the morning. For such occasions, we offer premium delivery options. These are as follows:

Working Day Pre 9:30am: £15.00

Working Day Pre 12pm: £10.00

Saturday Pre 12pm: £20.00

N./S. Ireland Two Working Days: £20.00

N./S. Ireland Next Working Day: £25.00

What happens if I've missed a delivery?

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning your goods to us. If they do so, you may incur additional costs to have your goods re-shipped.

If you've missed a delivery, it is important that you contact the telephone number on the ‘failed delivery' card left at your premises to arrange a convenient day for the courier to make their second attempt.
