Website FAQs

We've done our utmost to make the ordering process as simple as possible.

  1. First, you'll need to find the right product. You can do this in one of two ways by either use our cartridge finder tool or search for your cartridge using the search box. The cartridge finder tool requires you to enter your printer's manufacturer, printer type, and printer model number in that order. It will then filter our database and present you with all the products available for your printer.
  2. Once you've found the product you're looking for, you'll need to add it to your shopping basket. You can do this from either the product listing page or on a specific product page. Either way, the procedure is the same. Simply select the quantity you require and click the “add to basket” button. You'll see the number of products in the shopping basket (top left of the screen) increase with every product you add to it.
  3. Once you've added all the products you require, click on the shopping basket to view its contents. If you have a promotional code or discount voucher, enter the code here. Next click the checkout button. If you are not already registered or not logged in you must register or log in.
  4. On the next page, select your delivery option, review your order and click on the “place order” button.
  5. Finally, you'll be taken to the payment page where you enter you payment details. Once completed and submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation.

Do your prices include VAT?

Our prices exclude VAT. The main reason for this is that we mainly sell to business customers and those who have the ability to reclaim VAT. However, VAT is shown on the basket subtotal prior to payment confirmation.

How secure is ordering on your website?

Whenever you enter any of your personal details or when you type your credit card number into our site, our web site is in ‘secure mode'. This means that the information you type in will be encoded and our server decodes it. In layman's terms this means that anyone ‘listening' to traffic en route will be able to make no sense of the number. You will be able to tell if you are in secure mode when a little padlock appears bottom right of your screen or in Internet Explorer 7, the little padlock will be at the top of the screen.
